RHEV: Change IP addresses of Manager and Hosts with NFS and Local Storage at once.

How do I change IP addresses of RHEV-M (which hosts a NFS share) and all RHEV-H Hypervisors (which have Local storage)?

The steps below are valid for the following environment:

• Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5
  • All hypervisors with local storage
  • NFS share on RHEV-M
