Does the RHEV 3.5.4 upgrade automatically renews the host SSL certificate ?

SSLcertificate was renewed as a part of 3.5.4 upgrade? - Does the
engine-setupautomatically renew the host certificate during 3.5.4 upgrade? - Is it necessary to do a full reinstall of all the RHEV hypervisor machines after the upgrade to 3.5.4?
