IPA client stopped authenticating against IPA server after running yum update with the error: "sssd: Cannot load configuration database" in the /var/log/messages

sssd was upgraded to latest sssd-1.8.0-32

Environment

  • Red hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
  • ipa-client-2.2.0-16
