keypairs created by normal users at openstack end are not visible in cloudforms dashboard.
Issue

When creating a new service catalog, Dont see the keys listed in "Guest Access Key Pair" dropdown from OpenStack (the keys are visible on OpenStack).

A user created keypair at openstack end and wanted to use that with cloudforms while provisioning the instances, However, The user created keys are not visible to cloudforms.
