nova flavor-show command shows swap parameter as empty column even it is set to zero

Issue

nova flavor-show command returns with empty swap column in case the swap is zero. In debug mode it is visible, that the HTTP response has an empty quotation mark pair, but no zero. If getting the data directly from the database, the swap is shown correctly as 0.
