Completing a Task doesn't continue the process instance in BRMS 5

Issue

• We are executing the complete task operations and it works as expected. But some tasks are marked as completed but no new task is created just early in the morning with a few users. The process keeps as no finished but no one can see any task to continue with the process. The log doesn't show any exception or error. Just continue logging other activities.
