Unable to attach subscriptions outside of the Red Hat Satellite environment.

Issue

• Attaching a subscription to the registered system to Red Hat Customer Portal, observes the below error.

• When attempting to attach a subscription to the registered system in the Red Hat Customer Portal, the following error is observed.

  # subscription-manager attach --auto
