What is the use of the auth and configuration-related bundles in Fuse 6.2 ?

Issue

• We just recently installed a Fuse container on Linux and AIX and observe there are two bundles we have never seen before - one called auth and one that's based on our feature configuration called xyz.config.
• Looking at the headers for those two bundles, we see that the auth bundle lists a whole bunch of .cfg files under Export-Package and our xyz.config bundle lists subdirectories of the etc/xyz.config directory.
• What is the purpose of these bundles? What should we be doing with them? Do we need to start them? Why don't they appear in Windows?
