JBoss DV Teiid Designer losing references to tables or models

Issue

• Random models won't validate which won't allow for us to perform a clean and build - this appears to be related to models losing UUID references
• UI elements missing - for example, right side of transformation diagrams go missing (at random) in an apparent loss of reference to that model
• When syncronizing a VDB, the JBoss Developer Studio will hang forcing us to shutdown and restart the JBoss Developer Studio
• a change in something in one layer and will result in JBDS marking a change in another layer where we haven't made any changes.
