Need to configure FIPS 140-2 compliance for JBoss EAP running on Windows Platform

I need to configure FIPS 140-2 compliance for the application where we use JBoss as Application server and IIS as web server.I am following the document where it says Run the modutil command as shown to enable FIPS mode.https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Application_Platform/6.3/html/Administration_and_Configuration_Guide/Enable_FIPS_140-2_Cryptography_for_SSL_on_Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_6.html
I think this command is for Linux environment. Is there any better documentation for windows environment ? -
