Issue:
During controller firmware upgrades on some E-Series storage arrays, filesystems may get unmounted, causing the OS to report multipath failures.
Environment:
RHEL6 - All versions
Some E-Series storage arrays
Diagnostics:
When this condition occurs, systemtap messages similar to the following may be observed:
sys_umount called...Subscriber exclusive content
