What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with? What do you expect to see?

When provisioning CentOS 7 via cloudforms the IP address and hostname are not being set. The same workflows work fine for older OS versions and wanted to check if there are any known issues with CentOS 7 and RHEL 7 provisioning with CF 3.1.

Where are you experiencing the behavior? What environment?

IP and hostname aren't being set.

When does the behavior occur? Frequently? Repeatedly? At certain times?

We can reproduce every time.
