can not properly select automate entry point via service catalog item

Issue

• When navigating to Services -> Catalog -> Catalog Items
  and clicking on a catalog item and editing; select and entry point,
  the automate tree is only partially rendering thus the entry point cannot be selected.

• While troubleshooting, the team has

1. Created a new catalog item and tried to select the entry point. This has failed.
2. Created a new automate namespace, class and instance then repeated #1. This has failed.
3. Created a new Domain, then repeated #2, and #1. This has failed.
