Make oc command task ID oriented ?

Issue

• It is really complex to get the status of a deployment.
• It would be useful if oc command were task ID oriented, using oc object-status [OBJECT_TYPE] [ID] we may get the status of task ID, this could be very useful for long running tasks, The task/command must have a timeout, por instance a pending task should not be running for ever.
