How to set Expires header in JBoss EAP and Apache httpd

Issue

• How to set expires header in Apache/JBoss config
• Httpd web server 2.2.15 - Mod Expire not working. What is correct configuration for it?
• We want the files to be sent with cache header so that the browser reuses the files from the cache
  If the browser is requesting for the static files to the server, we want the Apache httpd web server to serve these files and not the EAP server.
