Is it possible to use Red Hat Enterprise Linux as a Hypervisor?

Issue

With Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform, Standard (Unlimited Sockets) subscription can I build a hypervisor and run a virtual guest on top of it.
Dont have entitlements for virtual machines.
