RHEL6 rotatelogs binary does not offer the "-L" option

Issue

Our users spotted an issue on their upgrade from RHEL5.8 -> 6.3
It seems "rotatelogs" binary behave differently in 6.3.
Looking into both src.rpm it seems Red Hat dropped in 6.3 a patch called httpd-2.2.3-rotatelogs-trunk.patch.
For our user it is a regression as the 6.3 binary does not offer the "-L" option.

  • httpd package
