Is there a way to remove org.apache.log4j.JBossAppenderHandler from EAP 6?

Issue

  • We had developed technology to bridge log4j and java.util.logging. In EAP 6, this functionality was broken. Upon investigation, it was discovered that a new handler (JBossAppenderHandler) was introduced and inserted under the root logger and child loggers that are created. Is it possible to disable this handler?
