[Satellite6] Satellite is not fully functional after the upgrade

Issue

  • Satellite Server is not fully functional after the upgrade from 6.0.8 to 6.1.x.
  • The upgrade katello-installer --upgrade gives error message but the version shows the latest.
  • All the new components are available in the Satellite UI, but Satellite Server is not operational.

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite Upgrade from 6.0.8 to 6.1.1
