Text landscape printing does not work

Issue

  • Landscape text printing does not work with "-o orientation-requested=4"; however, "-o landscape" works.
  • Text landscape printing does not work in RHEL 6.4 but OK with 6.5.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
  • Common Unix Printing System (CUPS) 1.4.2
