How do I repackage rpms into a different directory from /var/spool/repackage when running rpm with the "--repackage" argument?

Solution

Firstly it is strongly recommended not to use "--repackage" argument because there are known issues in all version of rpm caused by using it and this argument was removed in rhel6. So do following steps at your own risk.
