Mismatch in the df ouput or in the statfs structure data

Issue

• One field(1K-blocks) in the df output shows data for superuser (may be it includes the total data available for all users including the superuser) and rest other fields(Used, Available, Use%) in the df output show data for non-superuser.
  Either all the fields being shown should correspond to superuser, or vice-versa.Therefore this should be considered as a defect on either df or statfs().
