Windows guest network performance is worse than a RHEL guest running in KVM
Issue
We compared the network throughput and CPU utilization when netperf is running
between RHEL6.2 and Window2008R2SP1. According to our result of the test,
the windows guest network performance is significantly slower than a RHEL6 guest on KVM.
Environment

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2 VM
