How to get task id of Human Task in jBPM5

Issue

• I need to get the task_id that store in the database, when a human Task is created. I already tried to get it in "on entry Actions", but I've seen at this moment the database record doesn't exist.
• I have a requirement where I need to auto delegate a task to a delegatee. The business requirement is to verify in the DB and find out who are the valid delegatees for the current delegator(actorId) for the current duration.
