Network keeps stalling
Issue
- The network frequently stalling for up to a minute or so at a time while the network is in use
Environment
- Kernel 2.6.32-131.12.1.el6
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1
- Dual boot with Windows 7 on this machine
- Realtek RTL8111E chip
