Facing encryption race condition on startup when encryption is enabled.

Issue

• On startup of Fuse, the wrapper log will sometimes print out an error message saying jaas encryption didn't load. This was fixed in the upstream - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-3625.

• Issue often occurs on startup, running Fuse with the generated service script.
