How to make virt-who report hypervisors hostnames instead of UUID to Satellite 5 / Satellite 6 or the Customer Portal

virt-who is reporting long UUID's, if you want to use the hypervisor hostname instead of the UUID's, use this guide.
Environment
- RHEL 7 content host registered to Satellite 6 with virt-who-0.14-1.el7sat.noarch
- RHEL 7 client registered to Satellite 5.7 with virt-who-0.14-3.el7.noarch
