Issue

• When the more requests for slapd are executed simultaneously, the slower the response of slapd goes.
• This problem occurs with openldap-2.4.39-8.el6.
• It does not occur with openldap-2.4.23-34.el6_5.1.
• For example, the elapsed time of 14 ldapsearch commands was as follows:

 openldap-2.4.39-8.el6      : 4m52.815s
 openldap-2.4.23-34.el6_5.1 : 0m5.281s

• There is an obvious performance regression of openldap-2.4.39-8.el6.
