What is the default value of maximumRedeliveries

Issue

  • I am trying to configure the individual DLQ strategy for the queues as following:

      <deadLetterStrategy>

         <individualDeadLetterStrategy
            queuePrefix="DLQ." useQueueForQueueMessages="true" />
 </deadLetterStrategy>

For the property maximumRedeliveries as it described here:

http://activemq.apache.org/redelivery-policy.html

I am not sure what value to set. What is the default value for maximumRedeliveries ? is it 6 ?
