java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bad level "OFF" occurred in JBoss EAP 5
Issue
Our application deployment failed with the following Exception in EAP 5:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bad level "OFF"
at java.util.logging.Level.parse(Level.java:336)

What is the cause of the issue? Is there any workaround for this?
