Why do I get the error 500 while deleting the system from Red Hat Subscription Management?

Unregistered the system profile & while trying to remove the system gives error 500

The machine was originally registered, but after a complete re-installation of the OS I get error [500] [Internal Server Error] when trying to delete the system from the Customer Portal.
