IPA replication take a long period of time to sync changes

Issue

  • Can't login to the IPA web interface
  • A password change on one IPA server don't seem reflected on another replica
  • sudo command in hang state

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
  • 389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-48
  • At least 3 IPA servers in multi master configuration
