How do I start autofs after slapd/ldap service in systemd

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

When using LDAP to retrieve automount information, without using sssd, LDAP must be available when the automount daemon starts.
On the system that is used for the LDAP server, the automount service is started too early, and it won't be able to retrieve its automount information from LDAP.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • systemd
  • Automount information stored in OpenLDAP, without making use of SSSD
