Issue

  • When a remote command "shutdown -h now" is scheduled for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 systems, it gets executed successfully but status on satellite webUI remains as "The client has not yet completed this action"
  • The above action results into shutdown loop .
  • Scheduling remote command on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 systems fails with status as "The client has not yet completed this action".
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 systems registered to satellite server does not complete scheduled action.
  • Repeated reboots when shutdown scheduled via Satellite 5 remote command.
