INIT_ACKis not sent back to SCTPINITpackets from a peer- SCTP handshake traffic from a particular peer is silently dropped and never responded to
- Is Red Hat Enterprise Linux compliant with RFC 3309 and RFC 4960 specifying CRC32c checksum calculation must be used instead of Adler-32?
