Removing special characters from WS request in JBEDS

Issue

• We are facing some issues on some of the Web Service request where we get the below error

SQL1:Exception running query: Error Code 1~Error trying to connect to https://server.com/ws/services/mainservice. Either connectivity issues exist or target site is down.~Error Code 2~General SAX error or warning when trying to parse XML.~XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

• We referred this issue to the WebService and it appears there are some special characters like carriage feed, line feed and some other values in some of the text fields which parser is not able to parse. In order to resolve this issue could you please let me know what characters Jboss tool can parse or cannot parse.
