Import Scriptserver on multiple Server Resources becomes slower on every cycle in JON

Issue

• When importing a shell script as JBoss script resource, the execution of the manualAddResource() call gets slower with every server the script should be imported. The first calls return after seconds while the later ones take minutes to finish. In our test scenario, importing two scripts on 12 JBossAS5 servers took 40min.
