After update to rng-tools, some options no longer function

Issue

• On RHEL 6, After upgrading to rng-tools-5-1.el6.x86_64, the -i and -t nnn options no longer function:

# service rngd start
Starting rngd: rngd: invalid option -- 't'
Try `rngd --help' or `rngd --usage' for more information.
                                                           [FAILED]

# service rngd start    
Starting rngd: rngd: invalid option -- 'i'
Try `rngd --help' or `rngd --usage' for more information.
                                                           [FAILED]
