When will be updated RegistrarBoundaries.pm available to check new TLDS?

Issue

• Our IT relies on SpamAssassin within the email infrastructure.
• We need an updated RegistrarBoundaries.pm module in order to account for new gTLDs, and improve our spam detection.
• SpamAssassin before version 3.4.1 doesn't look at 20_aux_tlds.cf, and so misses new TLDs like .xyz and .science.
