Missing Spring 4 dependencies

Issue

• User is trying to deploy a bundle that contains spring 4 dependencies(e.g. data, jpa).
• It seems that for every single dependency that is missing user have to add it and it's parents dependencies to fuse.
• Its there a reasonable and simpler effort to achieve this without going fulfilling each dependency manually one by one.
