How to set "mrg_rxbuf=off" while creating instance ?

Issue

• One of our applications running in OpenStack environment, requires disabling mrg_rxbuf. I tried to pass this parameter using property on the image in glance. It does not seem to be helping.

# glance image-update 02a2a199-c325-43cd-b951-929c0f0ee62f --property mrg_rxbuf=off

[root@sbezverk-os-2 scripts(keystone_admin)]# glance image-show 02a2a199-c325-43cd-b951-929c0f0ee62f
