Red Satellite 6 Capsule Sync Error: Host did not respond within 20 seconds

Issue

• User attempts to synchronize a Capsule with hammer and receives error:

  # hammer capsule content synchronize  --id 2
  [.................................................................................................                                 ] [75%]
  Host did not respond within 20 seconds. Is katello-agent installed and goferd running on the    
  Host?
  

  This error is a very generic error that indicates that the Satellite is unable to communicate with the Capsule.

• The goferd process stops responding on the Capsule server which results in issues while applying patches on the client systems.
