Logrotate works fine for sometime but don't rotate files after some days.

Issue

• Logrotate is not working for some custom files. It works fine for some days and then updating in the same file.
• Below rules are configured for logrotation:

 /var/log/vpn/*.log{
   rotate 30
   daily
   dateext
 }
