Issue

• The customer wants to know what problem/issue/behavior are we having trouble with?
• The recent annoucement of NodeJS Server outages are during core business operation times in
  the UK &Europe where these servers are hosted.
• Is there any way these outages can be performed outside of UK business hours of 8am - 6pm UTC ?
• Where are we experiencing this behavior? What environment?

  • When does the behavior occur? Frequently? Repeatedly? At certain times?
  • What information can you provide around timeframes and urgency?
