Customer Portal Maintenance Outage: 7 July 2012

Red Hat will be performing scheduled maintenance to much of our customer-facing infrastructure this weekend.

Maintenance will begin at 9:00 PM EDT (UTC -0400) on Saturday, July 7, after which the following systems will become unavailable:

  • Red Hat Customer Portal
  • RHN / Classic Management
  • Subscription Management

We expect our work to be completed within the following eight hours. Service should be restored to these systems around 5:00 AM EDT (UTC -0400) on Sunday, July 8.

During this time, you may continue to create and update support cases through email.
