Unable to access my Domain in Openshift

Issue

• I noticed my PHP Gear (Home Gear which is one of 3 Gears I run) that I use to run my static web sites was for some reason in an Idle State. This server has been running for many months. I cannot access my server using my registered domain name. I cannot access 2 of my other Gears using my domain name. The domain is registered at GoDaddy and resolves to 50.63.202.54 but I cannot access my Home PHP Gear. I am a Bronz subscriber so my Gear should never idle. I restarted my Home Gear but I still cannot access my Gear. Why did my Gear go Idle and why cannot I no longer access my Gear? I run my business on this Gear so all my web sites are not accessible and it is very important that this issue get resolved.
