Issue

  • When commands like parted and sosreport are executed, the following messages are being output:

    Aug 25 10:36:11 hostname kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev fd0, sector 0
Aug 25 10:36:11 hostname kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev fd0, sector 0

  • System fails to boot and gives blk_request: I/O error, dev fd0, sector 0
