The kickstart command "volgroup vgname --noformat" no longer works in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

The kickstart command "volgroup vgname --noformat" doesn't work in 6.3, since it doesn't have a list of physical volumes. But, the intention is to use the existent volume group without formating. So, it doesn't make sence to specify the list.

For example with the following kickstart commands.

115 volgroup exportvg --noformat
116 logvol /export --vgname=exportvg --noformat --name=exportvol

NOTE: 115, 116 are the line number.

The following error is output.

Running anaconda 13.21.176, the Red Hat Enterprise Linux system installer - please wait.
The following error was found while parsing the kickstart configuration file:

The following problem occurred on line 115 of the kickstart file:

volgroup must be given a list of partitions

install exited abnormally [1/1]
The system will be rebooted when you press Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
