Issue

  • SmartState analysis on VM fail with error:
Ovirt::Service#resource_get: class = URI::InvalidComponentError, message=bad component(expected port component): 443
  • We have a newly provisioned CloudForms 3.2 that is able to perform smartstate analysis on Host and Clusters of our RHEV 3.5 infrastructure with Fiber Channel storage but not on VM. In UI appears the following message:
Connection to [ems(directly):example.local] failed for VM:[/rhev/data-center/dffa92b5-0826-48f1-98a0-c6bfe1cf169c/mastersd/master/vms/d1505c72-aad5-4f58-b836-1937950eb273/d1505c72-aad5-4f58-b836-1937950eb273.ovf] with error [bad component(expected port component): 443] after [0.000659619] seconds for VM:[/rhev/data-center/dffa92b5-0826-48f1-98a0-c6bfe1cf169c/mastersd/master/vms/d1505c72-aad5-4f58-b836-1937950eb273/d1505c72-aad5-4f58-b836-1937950eb273.ovf]
