RHEVM: hosts lost network connectivity

Issue

We recently shutdown a host and added memory. When it came back up we had no network connection.

-Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5
- HP Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 560FLR-SFP+ Adapter
- Juniper 4550 Virtual switch
